• Reviews: your name, email, rating and review text.
• Listing claims: your name, email, phone and role at the business.
• Accounts and planner tools: your email and the plan details you enter (budget, guests, contacts).
• Free planner downloads: your name and email.
• Analytics (only if you accept cookies): pages visited and device information.

Why we use it

• To pass your enquiry to the vendor you chose (legitimate interest / your request).
• To run your account and saved plans (contract).
• To send the resources you asked for (consent).
• To improve the site through analytics (consent).

Who we share it with

Enquiries go to the vendor you contact. We use trusted processors for hosting, database and email delivery. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries, reviews and claims are kept for up to 24 months. Account data is kept until you delete your account or ask us to remove it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing tyrone@propagate.media. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
